See how children are thriving in the Saturday school and full-time Ukrainian learning centre EcoSpace - which is now a fully licensed school!
Initially started by REAL School and Ukrainian displaced educators, 70+ children studied full-time at EcoSpace for the last two years, where traditional Ukrainian education was combined with REAL School’s project-based learning. They have now found a long-term home and government funding. The new school has 250 Ukrainian children, learning in their mother tongue.

Hungary is the second-largest destination for refugees from the war in Ukraine. Some families are only in Hungary for the short term, some are already planning to stay for months or years.
REAL School is focusing on sustainable solutions that can help create stability and community for displaced Ukrainian children.

OFFERS FOR DISPLACED FAMILIES
Scholarship programme
We offer a limited number of tuition assistance opportunities for displaced families seeking full-time education at REAL School. Priority will be given to students who have been enrolled at REAL School since March 2022.
Sustainable Entrepreneurship
Incorporating the "Dream to Reality" process into the UA offerings builds a sustainable entrepreneurial mindset and skillset required to address environmental and social issues.

saturday school
Every Saturday REAL School turns into a Ukrainian school, organised by the Ukrainian Association “Unity”. Children have fun, interactive activities; and adults can join a Hungarian lesson and Q&A about Budapest. Programmes are in development for sustainability and entrepreneurship.
Summer camps
We offer financial support to displaced children to join our summer camps, cultivating their creativity, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, sustainability mindset and skill set.

D2RF is a Hungarian non-profit foundation with public benefit organization status, offering companies tax advantages for their donations. Here's how it works:
Treat the donation as a business expense: Companies can deduct the donation from their taxable income as a regular business expense, plus a tax benefit:

Companies can further reduce their pre-tax profits by 20% of the donation if it supports the public benefit activities of D2RF. This gives them an additional 20% upside beyond treating the donation as an expense.

For long-term donation contracts (i.e., committing to donate at least once per year for three or more consecutive years), the pre-tax profit reduction increases to 40% of the donation.
By both expensing the donation and benefiting from these additional reductions, companies maximize the financial impact of their contributions.
